We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Education Program Coordinator to join our team at GenZ Talent, a leading Ed-Tech Company based in Karachi.

Estimated Salary: 100-150k per annum.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of education programs aimed at restructuring and improving government schools in Sindh. This includes working closely with school administrators, teachers, and local education officials to support new educational practices and technology integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Coordination & Implementation:
    • Oversee the effective implementation of education programs to enhance government schools in Sindh.
    • Collaborate with school administrators and teachers to ensure seamless integration of new educational practices and technologies.
  2. School Visits & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Regularly visit schools across Sindh to assess current educational needs and gather feedback from stakeholders.
    • Build strong relationships with school staff, local government officials, and community leaders to support program goals.
  3. Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track progress of program activities, gathering data and feedback from schools to evaluate impact.
    • Prepare detailed reports on program milestones, successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvements.
  4. Resource Allocation & Support:
    • Coordinate the distribution of educational resources, materials, and tools to schools as needed.
    • Provide hands-on support and guidance to schools in effectively utilizing program resources.
  5. Program Development & Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute ideas and insights for program development, based on on-the-ground experience with schools.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine program strategies and approaches for maximum impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field; Masters degree in Education or Project Management is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in program coordination, education reform, or community outreach, preferably within the public education sector.
