Global Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through lead generation, account management, and strategic partnerships.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT, SaaS, and software industries, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will collaborate with our Lead Generation Team to nurture leads from various sources, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Lead Generation Team to nurture leads from various sources, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to retain key accounts.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service to drive repeat business.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase revenue through the sale of additional products or services to existing clients.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, account status, and progress towards targets, using data and analytics to inform future sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT, SaaS, or software industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics.
- Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience.
