Senior QA Tester

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Tester to join our team and contribute to the success of our quality assurance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of diverse experience in Information Technology, with a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance. Excellent knowledge of Automated Software Testing using Top Team, WinRunner, LoadRunner, Rational Suite, Quick Test Pro is required.

• Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Work under pressure to meet project deadlines while providing technical support.
• Conduct website consultancy, including usability and accessibility analysis.
• Design and develop applications, including database design and development.
• Implement Internet/Intranet design, development, and hosting solutions.
• Provide website content management solutions.
• Utilize online survey software effectively.

• Over 5 years of diverse experience in Information Technology with a focus on Quality Assurance.
• Excellent knowledge of Automated Software Testing using various tools.
• Experience in formulating test plans and test cases.
• Regression testing and performance testing using automated tools.
• Thorough knowledge of Bug Reporting Tools.
• Formulating Body of Knowledge, Performance Test Plan, and Test Strategy Document.
• Experience in User Acceptance, Usability, Unit, Front End, and Back End Testing.
• Specialization includes GUI and Functionality Testing, System Testing, including Integration, Performance, Stress, Load, and Regression Testing of Web and Client/Server based applications.
• Maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
