We are seeking exceptional individuals to excel in our dynamic team as E Commerce Customer Service professionals.

Job Description:

  • Create and manage product listings on eBay & Amazon and other online sales channels with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide top-notch customer service via email or phone regarding products and orders, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels and undertake new stock entry with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take high-quality product pictures, edit, and upload on eBay / Amazon / company website.
  • Ensure all products have clear listings with features, benefits, and detailed descriptions.
  • Review product listings and update descriptions as necessary.
  • Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular price checks.
  • Research competitor activity and pricing to protect/enhance market share.
  • Keep marketplaces updated with latest products and promotions.
  • Manage logistics of inbound stock from suppliers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Basic to advanced photo-editing skills using Photoshop.
  • Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Understanding of online sales strategies and ability to work independently.
