Ecommerce Specialist/Digital Marketer Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our online sales platforms, developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions to our ecommerce site.

  • Ecommerce Management: Manage and optimize our ecommerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive engagement and sales
  • Content Creation: Create compelling content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, ensuring a strong online presence
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and engage with followers
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer experience on our ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Ecommerce Specialist or Digital Marketer
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize performance
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design and HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation
  • Understanding of online consumer behavior and trends
