Job Title: Operational Team Lead

About the Role:

The Operational Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Operating Rooms, ensuring smooth processes and efficient patient care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other personnel to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Patient Advocacy: Monitor and evaluate patient care processes in the preoperative environment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure a safe and efficient work environment by maintaining accessible equipment and supplies.
  • Procedure Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procedures and report any unusual occurrences to relevant authorities.
  • Error Prevention and Reporting: Identify and mitigate potential errors, and promptly report and resolve medication errors and Operating Room infections.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of OT experience.
  • 2 years of managerial/team lead experience (mandatory).
