The Role

This position requires experience in selling software solutions and navigating complex organizational structures.

A successful Account Manager is dedicated to continuous learning, has robust interpersonal skills, and can strategically guide customers toward operational, safety, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Built lasting relationships with larger US-based clients to drive growth and expansion within a focused book of business.
  • Conducted in-depth discovery to align our offerings to customers' operational and strategic challenges.
  • Presented comprehensive product demos and proposals for customers with complex needs.
  • Collaborated with customer success teams to tailor solutions and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Owned the contract renewal process and implemented advanced retention strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues promptly, identifying the best course of action in line with customer success and our business objectives.
  • Drive strategic account planning to achieve higher-value revenue targets.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience working with B2B customers.
  • 6+ years of experience managing larger US-based accounts with a smaller book of business.
  • Proven software sales experience and industry experience in transportation, logistics, construction.
  • Demonstrated skill in complex deal management and driving contract renewals and revenue retention.
  • Leadership capability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
