Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fundraising Officer to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing fundraising strategies, organizing events, and maintaining relationships with donors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective fundraising plans to meet organizational goals;
- Organize and coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and activities;
- Maintain strong relationships with existing donors and identify new donor prospects;
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and other factors to inform fundraising strategies;
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and success;
- Prepare and present reports on fundraising progress and performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills;
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundraising software;
- Experience in fundraising, event planning, and donor relations is an asset.
