Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual to lead our digital fundraising efforts while also driving community engagement both online and on-ground. This role combines the creativity of campaign planning with the relationship-building of grassroots engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Fundraising

Plan and execute crowdfunding campaigns (GoFundMe, Instagram/Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Manage donor funnels via email, paid ads, and organic content

Collaborate with designers and content teams to craft impactful donor stories

Track, analyze, and optimize digital performance using tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM software

Community Engagement

Build and manage relationships with local donors, volunteers, schools, and influencers

Organize local events, donor meetups, and fundraising drives

Represent JJT in outreach meetings, talks, and partnerships

Mobilize communities to become long-term supporters and advocates

You're a great fit if you:

Have 2+ years of experience in fundraising, digital marketing, or non-profit community work

Are social media savvy (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp marketing)

Are an excellent communicator in English and Urdu (written & verbal)

Understand grassroots movements and how to activate community support

Can work independently and take initiative in a startup-like culture

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

Experience with platforms like Donorbox, GiveButter, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Ads

Existing network in local NGOs, educational institutions, or CSR circles

Past success in running fundraising campaigns
