Office Coordinator

This is a highly demanding role that requires a professional with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and forward student data for registration of Pharm. D / M. Phil / Ph. D students with the relevant authorities.
  • Prepare direct invoices on SAP (External Bills / Supervisors' Bills).
  • Manage Course Offering and Module Appraisal on SAP.
  • Coordinate Event Planning on SAP and Unitime.
  • Handle Student Module Booking on SAP.
  • Assist faculty members during Final Appraisal / Module Results on SAP.
  • Support the Assistant Manager Academics in day-to-day office tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to all staff and management.
  • Process student applications.
  • Offer support to students regarding Moellim and SAP-related issues.
  • Assist the Admissions Department in conducting Admission Tests.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other relevant software systems.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
