E-Commerce Operations Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the optimization of our e-commerce platforms and ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role involves managing operations for our website and Daraz store, including inventory management, product shipment coordination, and implementing e-commerce promotions and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, with knowledge of Daraz and standalone e-commerce platforms.
In addition to operational responsibilities, this role requires analyzing performance data and handling customer inquiries to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform
- Oversee inventory management and product shipment coordination
- Implement and monitor e-commerce promotions and campaigns
- Analyze performance data to inform business decisions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution
- Comply with platform policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience: In e-commerce operations (preferably cosmetics/beauty)
Skills:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Daraz and standalone e-commerce platforms
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
