We are seeking an experienced administrative leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization. This key role ensures smooth and efficient office management, providing support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of daily administration to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
  • Management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities for optimal maintenance and efficiency.
  • Coordination with departments to facilitate effective workflow and timely task execution.
  • Organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and staff.
  • Supervision of the administrative team, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintenance of compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Preservation of accurate and organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Handling communication with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Support in managing expenses and budgets.
  • Assistance in HR functions such as employee onboarding, record management, and attendance tracking.
Required Criteria for Candidates:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in administration, including 2+ years in a managerial position.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in office management software (MS Office, etc.).
  • Knowledge of office procedures and administration best practices.
