As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts payable process.

Job Description
  • Perform thorough 3-way matches in our internal system for all incoming invoices across various warehouses in Pakistan to ensure their authenticity.
  • Record invoices accurately in our accounting system to maintain financial transparency.
  • Verify the accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments to prevent discrepancies.
  • Monitor all expenditures and outgoing payments to ensure they are properly recorded and allocated.
  • Support monthly closing activities by booking accruals for invoices yet to be received, maintaining our financial records up-to-date.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end accounts payable process through data-driven insights and best practices adoption.
  • Provide ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in using pivot tables and vlookups.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
