We seek an experienced Director of Operations to lead our studio's day-to-day operations and drive business growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Talent Acquisition & Hiring:

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

    • Manage the interview and onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

  • Human Resources Management:

    • Oversee HR functions including benefits administration, employment contracts, and employee relations.

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations.

  • Facilities Operations:

    • Manage daily facilities operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and inspiring workplace environment.

    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and upgrades.

  • Team Culture & Engagement:

    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

    • Organize team events and initiatives that reinforce company values and boost morale.

  • Employee Performance Reviews:

    • Implement and oversee performance review processes to promote professional development and recognize achievements.

    • Work with department leaders to set performance metrics and career development goals.

  • Inventory Management & Hardware Procurement:

    • Oversee the procurement of necessary hardware and software to support studio operations.

    • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal supply without excess cost or waste.

  • Payroll Administration:

    • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

    • Collaborate with finance to maintain efficient payroll systems and resolve discrepancies.

  • Employment Contracts & Medical Insurance:

    • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts to ensure clarity and legal compliance.

    • Administer employee benefits including medical insurance and work with providers to secure competitive options.

  • Operational Strategy & Process Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvements across operational functions.

    • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and be able to motivate and engage teams to drive business results.
