FICO Solutions Architect

We seek an accomplished SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) solutions architect to design, develop, and deploy SAP FI/CO modules that meet business requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data, guarantee seamless system integration, and support financial operations using SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP Architecture: Design, develop, and deploy SAP FI/CO modules to meet business needs.
  2. Financial Data Gathering: Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate financial data into SAP FICO solutions.
  3. SAP Expertise: Provide expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  4. System Integration: Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Error Resolution: Debug and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  6. Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user guides.
  7. User Enablement: Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to optimize SAP FICO utilization.
  8. Inter-Module Alignment: Collaborate with other SAP module architects (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Professional Experience: Proven experience as an SAP FICO Architect or in a similar role.
  3. SAP Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO module processes and functionalities.
  4. Design and Development Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP architecture, development, and deployment.
  5. Technical Skills: ABAP programming skills for debugging purposes.
  6. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).
  7. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  10. SAP Certifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus, SAP FICO certification is a plus.
