SAP FICO Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) consultant to configure, customize, and implement SAP FI/CO modules that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze financial requirements, ensure seamless system integration, and support financial operations through SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Module Configuration: Configure, customize, and implement SAP FI/CO modules to meet business needs.
  2. Financial Requirements Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate financial requirements into SAP FICO solutions.
  3. Expertise in SAP Modules: Provide expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  4. System Testing: Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Issue Resolution: Debug and resolve SAP FICO-related issues, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  6. Documentation Maintenance: Maintain documentation for SAP FICO configurations, processes, and user guides.
  7. User Training: Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to optimize SAP FICO utilization.
  8. Inter-Module Collaboration: Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., SD, MM, PP) to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role.
  3. SAP Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO module processes and functionalities.
  4. Configuration Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP configuration and customization.
  5. ABAP Programming: ABAP programming skills for debugging purposes.
  6. Integration Understanding: Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).
  7. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Teamwork: Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  10. SAP Certifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus, SAP FICO certification is a plus.
