We are a leading software company seeking a highly skilled professional to drive our growth and expansion. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue generation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation & Market Research:
    • Research potential clients and business opportunities to identify areas for growth.
    • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
  • Client Outreach:
    • Build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and tailored solutions.
    • Foster a deep understanding of clients' needs and preferences to deliver value-added services.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet company targets.
    • Negotiate and close business deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaboration with Teams:
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
    • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven success in business development.
  • Platforms & Tools: Hands-on experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and running cold outreach and marketing campaigns is a must.
  • Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to close sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to handle contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to come up with creative solutions to client challenges.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
