Email Marketing Professional

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing targeted email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data scraping, lead generation, and executing email marketing campaigns.

  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Perform data scraping using tools like Skrao.io and Apollo.io, and manage data pipelines through Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage and segment email lists for personalized and effective outreach.
  • Create compelling email content and subject lines to boost open and click-through rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on email campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align email strategies with revenue goals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in email marketing within an IT/software house is required.
  • Strong expertise in data scraping tools (e.g., Skrao.io, Apollo.io) is essential.
  • Proficiency in managing CRM systems, especially Salesforce, is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing KPIs, lead generation funnels, and conversion optimization is expected.
  • Exceptional skills in email content creation and marketing automation are required.
  • A strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and optimize performance is needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is required.
