The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in managing the tender process, from preparation and review of bidding documents to ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and optimizing procurement efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Tender Bidding Document Preparation: Prepare, review, compile, and submit tender bidding documents in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Contract Register Maintenance: Maintain a contract register and track tender submissions.
  • Cost-Saving Opportunities: Identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Vendor Sourcing: Source, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Supplier Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for optimal service and commercial terms.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with government policies, procurement regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Document Flow Management: Manage document flow, correspondence, and archiving related to procurement.
Essential Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Tendering, Procurement, preferably in Construction and Hardware Equipment Procurement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Strong understanding of procurement contracts, TORS, and taxation.
  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and time-management skills.
