
Apparel Business Growth Specialist

As a key business growth professional, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities through strategic sales efforts.
The ideal candidate is a driven individual with excellent organizational skills and a creative approach to problem-solving. They should be able to build strong relationships with clients, identify potential opportunities for growth, and negotiate deals while maintaining an in-depth understanding of current market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth
- Identify, approach, and onboard new apparel buyers (brands/retailers)
- Maintain effective communication with buyers during negotiation and order placement
- Collaborate internally with our merchandising and costing teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development success in the wholesale apparel industry
- Experience in sourcing, manufacturing, or fashion merchandising with a focus on international markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
