Job Title: Sales Development Representative
OverviewThis is a highly competitive sales role that requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry, and will be responsible for generating new business leads, building client relationships, conducting sales meetings, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities- Generate New Business Leads: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Conduct Sales Meetings: Present services and negotiate deals with prospective clients.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Ensure seamless delivery of services by working closely with operations, logistics, and customer support teams.
- 2+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required; bachelor's degree preferred.
