Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Engage in cold calling and outreach to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.
  • Support clients in understanding our Infrastructure & Managed Services (IMS) offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads and sales activities effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare sales proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve outreach.
  • Achieve personal and team goals for lead generation and sales.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends in the IT services industry to effectively communicate with clients.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales.
  • Experience in the IT services or consulting industry preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively engage and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
