Job Title: Senior Healthcare Executive

As a seasoned healthcare leader, you will oversee the strategic direction and operational management of our medical departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of medical services, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing daily activity reports and weekly operational management reports to senior executives.
  2. Maintaining a professional working relationship with visiting consultants and supporting executive decision-making.
  3. Ensuring smooth integration of medical resources and coordinating workplace training and motivational needs of medical staff.
  4. Fostering productive relationships between medical staff categories and levels.
  5. Developing institutional structures for post-graduate medical training, house-job training, paramedical, and nursing staff training.
  6. Reporting performance and progress to senior executives at regular intervals.
  7. Reviewing, regulating, and evaluating medical operations, procedures, and activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
  8. Conducting periodic monitoring and evaluation through hospital rounds, surprise inspections, meetings, instructions, and follow-up.
  9. Designing efficient protocols, rules, and procedures for friction-free coordination with other departments.
  10. Supervising marketing programs for our medical services under the guidance of senior executives.
  11. Projecting our best image in the medical community, government, media, and international development sector.
