We are currently seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee and manage multiple high-volume compliance testing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely delivery of multiple compliance testing projects.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing proactive strategies to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, delegating tasks and responsibilities while providing guidance and performance feedback to team members.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant compliance regulations, standards, and testing methodologies in collaboration with compliance experts.
  • Progress Tracking: Utilize project management tools like Microsoft Office 365 and Jira to track project progress, preparing detailed status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships, managing expectations and addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, project management, compliance, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on compliance testing or regulatory projects.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in high-pressure environments.
  • A strong understanding of compliance regulations and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Jira).
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while driving projects to completion independently.
