As a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead, you will oversee the strategic development, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing endeavors. Your key objective is to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience and supports our brand.
  • Maintain and enhance our social media presence, grow followers, and develop campaigns to boost engagement and brand recognition.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of digital marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
