We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in edtech.
- The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the education technology landscape and a passion for promoting STEAM learning solutions.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure new partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and provide reports to senior management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven negotiation skills for high-value deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of STEAM education and the Pakistani education system.
- Established network within educational institutions and government bodies.
- Proficiency in English; regional languages are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in edtech.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
