Job Description

Our team is looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the smooth flow of orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely communication with sellers and logistics partners, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and confirming incoming customer orders on a daily basis.
  • Coordinating with sellers to ensure timely order acceptance, packaging, and dispatch readiness.
  • Liaising with logistics partners for daily pickups and parcel tracking.
  • Following up with sellers proactively in case of delays or missing order updates.
  • Identifying and escalating operational bottlenecks to ensure SLA compliance.
  • Monitoring and updating internal dashboards/systems with real-time order statuses.
  • Handling order-related queries from sellers and customers.
  • Supporting operational improvements to streamline fulfillment processes.
  • Preparing daily/weekly reports on order status, delays, or unfulfilled orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations or order fulfillment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in seller coordination, logistics follow-ups, and end-to-end order management.
  • Proficient in using order management tools or internal dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
