Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service and Dispatching Specialist to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while effectively managing the dispatching of our fleet of trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule truck routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
  • Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or dispatching, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
