Responsibilities:

  3. Expense Verification: Verify freight expenses according to company policy, deducting any extra miles charged by transporters.
  4. Import-Related Expense Inspection: Inspect and verify all import-related expenses.
  5. Expense Dispatch: Send all expenses to the head office and ensure follow-up.
  6. Expense Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain expense records.
