The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software development and are familiar with web services, AWS, and Linux, we'd like to hear from you.

Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes efficiently, accurately, and securely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement integrations requested by customers to enhance the user experience
  • Deploy updates and fixes to ensure seamless system performance
  • Design and develop tools to reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors to minimize downtime
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Develop scripts to automate visualization and provide actionable insights
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Develop codes for extensive test coverage and perform continuous deployment in a professional environment.
Job Specifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of web services, AWS, and Linux
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to lead the team in identifying and implementing new technologies
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
