Project Manager

Prime System Solutions is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for all aspects of managing several projects simultaneously while delivering consistent client satisfaction.

Project management responsibilities include all aspects of client and internal communications; confirming project scope; assigning, scheduling, and coordinating resources; monitoring, documenting project progress reports and ensuring prompt delivery of scoped work.

  • Act as the primary liaison between the delivery team, the client, and internal stakeholders.
  • Determine, clarify, and define project scope and communicate this effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage a detailed project schedule using consistent, accurate, and comprehensive documentation to record project progress.
  • Track project hours and costs to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using approved verification techniques and consistently report changes and progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Measure, document, and report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: client-facing and internal.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with logistical planning.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and can deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Adaptable /flexible in changing/uncertain environments.
  • Ability to successfully present technical information.
  • 2-4 years of proven working experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and the completion of projects according to outlined scope and timeline.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
