Main Responsibilities
CUSTOMER INTIMACY:
  • We serve as the primary technical interface between our clients and our organization.
  • We acquire a deep understanding of our clients' card-related solutions and advise on how to promote our products effectively.
  • We analyze our clients' technical organizations and provide recommendations on how to integrate our solutions seamlessly.
  • We design and lead initiatives that drive strategic value in our business relationships with clients and partners.
PRE-SALES:
  • We proactively identify client technical needs and potential card-based solutions aligned with our product roadmap.
  • We craft preliminary requirements specifications for client projects.
  • We provide expert technical responses and effort & cost quotes for tasks related to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
  • We foster client awareness about our products and services.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
  • We assume the role of Customer Project Owner for all projects with our clients by default.
  • We manage project costs and schedules to ensure timely execution.
  • We coordinate with internal teams, including the EMV Consulting team and Perso Teams, to fulfill client requirements and ensure smooth project implementation.
  • We handle project-related communication with clients, including project kick-off and follow-up meetings, external project reporting, and managing changes requested by clients.
IMPLEMENTATION:
  • We create detailed technical specifications, including personalization specifications for electrical and graphical pre-personalization of cards, data processing specifications, and electrical profiles.
  • We develop validation elements within project scope, such as test cards.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
  • We serve as the entry point for clients seeking technical assistance or resolving issues related to smart cards and our products and services.
  • We coordinate with internal teams to address technical issues and maintain the single point of contact between clients and our organization.
  • We provide direct support to clients during integration and testing phases of card-based projects.
  • We offer first-hand information about card-related topics to clients.
INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
