NexizDigital is seeking a talented and experienced Upwork Bidder Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by identifying, bidding, and successfully securing high-value projects on Upwork. As a key player in our sales process, you will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored, high-converting proposals and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and bid on relevant and high-potential projects on Upwork.
  2. Craft personalized and compelling proposals to win projects in web design, app development, SEO, and digital marketing.
  3. Manage client communication, negotiations, and ensure the successful closure of deals.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, marketers) to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by securing projects from Upwork.
Requirements:
  1. Sales Generation Expert on a Fresh Upwork Account.
  2. Proven experience (1 to 3 years) bidding on Upwork with a focus on securing projects in web design, digital marketing, and related fields.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
  4. Self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple bids and client communications.
  5. Ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets of $3,000 to $5,000.
  6. Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
