Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Leader to spearhead our comprehensive marketing strategies across iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

About the Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to drive user growth, retention, and monetization through innovative marketing tactics.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging paid and organic channels across all platforms.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new tools, platforms, and partnerships to scale acquisition and engagement.
User Acquisition & Organic Growth:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across major channels, including Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok.
  • Oversee ASO, SEO, social media, and other organic growth initiatives to ensure seamless cross-platform user journeys.
  • Manage and optimize web-to-app and app-to-web funnels to deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including UA managers, analysts, designers, and external creative partners.
Budget Management & Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention, LTV) to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, and Analytics teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in mobile and web marketing leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of ASO, SEO, and full-funnel optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in tools like Adjust, Appsflyer, Firebase, GA4, Looker, and Sheets.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative eye for messaging and visual storytelling.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI-driven or content/social apps.
