We are seeking an experienced Islamic Banking Expert to lead our Area Branches in providing Shariah-compliant financial solutions to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans that meet the needs of our customers while adhering to Islamic banking principles.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. To support Management in developing business strategies that align with NRSP Bank's overall objectives.
  2. To work closely with Branch Managers to develop annual business plans and budgets.
  3. To identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
  4. To ensure compliance with Shariah principles and regulatory requirements.
  5. To provide training and guidance to Branch Managers and staff on Islamic banking practices.
