We are seeking two experienced psychiatrists who can contribute to our mission of excellence in education, research, and patient care. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based care to patients in an academic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct out-patient clinics and manage in-patient services.
- Conduct research by defining a research project, undertaking research, synthesizing research findings and publishing and disseminating the conclusions to a wider audience.
- Participate in national and international academic medical education conferences and symposiums.
- Participate in departmental and organizational performance improvement activities.
- Completion of a structured postgraduate training program in Psychiatry.
- FCPS, MRC Psychiatry, American Board Certification, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Postgraduate clinical and research experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical clinical practice, academic excellence, and compassionate patient care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sensitive and empathetic approach to patient interaction.
- Must uphold high standards of patient confidentiality and professional integrity.
