We are seeking a Financial Regulatory Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Direct Tax, as well as speed and agility in understanding the business and correlating direct taxes implications and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% tax compliance, service delivery and adherence to all Key Control Activities.
  • Prepare various returns for corporate income tax, including Form 3CEB, TP Study and Tax Audit in consultation with Tax Professional.
  • Undertake TP assessments, Income Tax assessments and related Appeals and other litigations independently.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proactive controls in place to highlight issues before they are picked up by business. Additionally, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of accounting flows tax frameworks to support the process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of experience in handling Direct tax.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Very good working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and proficiency in the use of tax software like OneSource.

Skill Requirements:

  • Sound Accounting and Tax Knowledge of India Taxation.
  • Strong Analytical skills and ability to work along with cross functional teams.
  • Operating knowledge on SAP and ERP system, must have depth knowledge on Excel including VLOOKUP.
