Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled sales professional who can develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Selling: Leverage extensive knowledge of IT solutions, with a preference for ERP solutions experience, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Sales Opportunity Management: Drive sales opportunities through solution-based selling, using strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
  • Lead Qualification and Closure: Identify, qualify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities, utilizing a consultative approach to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Product Information and Demonstration: Provide detailed product information and conduct demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Website Content Responsibility: Oversee website material related to our services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to potential customers.
  • Lead Generation Activities: Conduct lead generation activities to drive business growth, such as attending industry events and conferences, and leveraging social media platforms.

Job Specification:

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT solutions provider environment, with a proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to regularly meet and exceed sales targets, using data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Software Sales Experience: Proven experience in selling software, including ERP, POS, CRM, CMS, and SMS solutions, with a strong understanding of the features and benefits of each solution.
  • Business Development Skills: Strong business development skills across the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, presentation, handling objections, and closing.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and Self-Motivation: Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with a strong sense of autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Tally ERP 9 Experience: Tally ERP 9 sales experience is a significant advantage, but not required.
