We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Production Operations Supervisor, responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of production activities. As part of our team, you will be instrumental in coordinating with sales departments to obtain ISOs and preparing material demands accordingly.

This position involves generating material demands and production plans on a daily and weekly basis, taking into account available materials and orders. You will also be responsible for monitoring production in accordance with these plans and preparing daily reports on production and waste.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with sales departments to ensure timely delivery of ISOs
  • Preparing material demands and production plans to meet operational needs
  • Monitoring production and preparing daily reports on productivity and waste reduction
  • Identifying and reducing waste through process improvements
  • Maintaining machinery and equipment to optimize production efficiency
  • Liaising with dispatchers and suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials
  • Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the production area to promote safety and efficiency
