Experienced Production Operations Manager Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our production operations. This is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our production team.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have experience managing teams and will be well-versed in operational management. They will be responsible for ensuring that all production targets are met efficiently and effectively.
- Manage a team of 50-60 production staff to achieve desired outcomes;
- Prepare production-related reports, including Work In Progress, Stocks at Hand, and Damages;
- Coordinate with planning and production departments to meet production targets;
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administrative skills, efficient report writing skills, and a good understanding of ERP systems.
- Computer applications, including Word and Excel;
- Awareness of ERP environment;
- Efficient communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
