High-Performance Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team in Qatar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers through outbound cold calls.

You will need to clearly articulate the benefits and unique selling points of our products/services, tailoring your messages to individual needs. Effective lead management is also essential, as you will maintain and update a database of leads using CRM tools to track interactions and follow-ups.

To succeed in this role, you must be an energetic self-starter capable of identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. A customer-centric approach is vital, as you will provide exceptional service by listening actively and addressing concerns empathetically.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Engagement: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers through outbound cold calls.
  • Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits and unique selling points of our products/services.
  • Lead Management: Maintain and update a database of leads using CRM tools.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set and strive to exceed monthly sales targets proactively.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in selling services.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude, and self-motivation.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma required; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
