Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead a Power and Energy project in Hyderabad, Pakistan.

Detailed Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and execute civil engineering work at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Implement and enforce Security protocols to safeguard personnel, equipment, and materials on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure work progresses as per design and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain daily site records, prepare progress reports, and submit compliance documentation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards and promote a safety-first culture.
  • Oversee and monitor Fire Safety measures, ensuring systems are in place, tested, and maintained.
  • Participate in incident investigations and recommend corrective/preventive measures.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering).
  • Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in civil engineering works, preferably in power and energy projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
