Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality insights and recommendations to clients.

About the Role
  • Client Consulting:
  1. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  2. Develop and present insightful reports and recommendations to clients, highlighting areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert advice and support on client projects.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from mid-level managers to senior executives.
  5. Manage crisis situations by addressing client communication issues promptly and professionally.
  6. Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality standards.
  7. Ensure all presentations tell a clear story, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Commercial Leadership:
  1. Assist in project scoping tasks, including database checks and target group identification.
  2. Attend client briefing calls as needed to ensure alignment and understanding.
Project Management:
  1. Proactively identify and address client issues and needs, ensuring seamless project execution.
  2. Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  3. Deliver services to clients on time, meeting or exceeding quality standards and business expectations.
  4. Handle daily client communication, involving managers when required to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  5. Meet internal and external deadlines for deliverables, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Thought Leadership & Integration:
  1. Enhance category and client knowledge through ongoing research and analysis.
  2. Develop a strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  3. Promote innovation and best practices within the team, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  4. Consult with clients on business issues related to innovation improvements, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
