Quality Assurance Specialist Role

The Quality Assurance Inspector role is crucial in ensuring the shipped products meet quality requirements and are delivered on time.

  • Lead factory-assigned QC personnel through comprehensive training sessions to ensure they possess the necessary skills to conduct inspections of LWR products.
  • Provide clear quality guidelines to QA and factory-assigned QC personnel, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor productions closely, providing technical support as needed to guarantee quality meets specifications and prevents quality claims.
  • Conduct statistic audits and fill out inspection reports at every production stage, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain effective communication with QA and Merchandising Team personnel, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated and well-disciplined individual who can adhere to LWR SOPs.
  • Able to work independently and act proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Effective communicator with internal functions and vendor's Laundry team.
