Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a diligent and meticulous Quality Assurance Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Lahore, Pakistan.

  • ","
  • Ensure the product and package quality remains at the required standard by maintaining quality-related records and implementing corrective actions as needed.","
  • Oversee daily quality reports from quality control staff and take necessary measures to address any issues.","
  • Develop and update the corrective actions plan following quality audits.","
  • Implement date code policy and maintain retention samples with accurate records.","
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of quality and food safety systems during production.","
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental procedures and specifications.","
  • In case of nonconformities, inform authorities, stop production if necessary, and implement corrective-preventive actions while maintaining records.","
  • Monitor syrup, sugar, and concentrate efficiencies daily and during production.","
  • Supervise and manage Syrup Room and Water Treatment Operations.","
  • Ensure cleaning and sanitation meet company standards.","
  • Verify container inspection procedures align with company requirements.","
  • Ensure empty receiving from markets adheres to company standards.","
  • Check that calibrated devices in intermix device function correctly, engage cooling system, adjust level control device, and monitor post mix activities.","
