Job Title

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to design and develop innovative software solutions.

Job Summary

This role involves transforming business requirements into technical design blueprints that guide the implementation team. Ensuring the team follows the design and delivers projects as per agreed-upon plans is crucial.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in all project phases, including presales, user experience design, sprint development, and delivery, reviewing overall proposals.
  • Provide valuable input during user experience design, and review wireframes from a technical standpoint.
  • Produce necessary artifacts before development starts to provide direction to the team.
  • Review the Solutions Design Document to ensure it serves as the necessary artifacts for the development team.
  • Ensure the design is followed during development, and document any changes to the design.
  • Review the work produced by the development team.
  • Provide necessary training to developers, and serve as the go-to person for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university is required.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience, preferably in Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native, are necessary.
  • Familiarity with native build tools, such as XCode, Gradle, is essential.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, document request models, and offline storage is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions, such as data domain modeling, application of design patterns, & design using third-party components, is needed.
  • Ability to work in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments is essential.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, along with in-depth understanding of coding languages, sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases, and strong organizational and leadership skills, are necessary.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and software vendors involved in the development process is crucial.
  • Ability to analyze and identify potential short and long-term risks that may cause technical issues and impede business operations in the future is necessary.
  • Solid working skills with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts are required.
