Software Architect and Team Leader

The position of Software Architect and Team Leader is crucial for our organization's success. This role involves designing and developing software architecture and applications that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.

This senior-level position requires strong technical leadership skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for providing architectural blueprints and guiding development teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Software Architecture: Create software architecture and applications that align with business needs and follow industry standards.
  • Mentor and Coach Team Members: Enhance the skills and knowledge of team members through effective mentorship and coaching.
  • Troubleshoot Complex Code Issues: Efficiently identify and resolve complex code issues that may arise during development.
  • Provide Technical Guidance: Offer expert technical guidance and leadership to the development team to ensure high-quality products.
  • Evaluate and Recommend Tools: Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop technology and product roadmaps that align with business goals.
  • Conduct Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in designing and executing enterprise-class products.
  • Technical Expertise: 6+ years of experience in software development with expertise in multiple technologies.
  • Key Technologies: Microsoft Technologies: .NET / .NET Core, Web Services; Web technologies: ReactJS, Typescript, KenduUI, CSS, HTML; Enterprise Applications: Microservices, Containers, Service orchestration; Database: SQL Server; Others: Git, GitFlow, Linux.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with deadlines; self-motivated, quick learner, and responsive team player.
