We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation, support, and optimization of finance systems.

About the Role:

This dual role requires both deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules and strong project management capabilities to deliver scalable finance solutions aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Configure, rollout, test, and support Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management) activities.
  2. Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, covering initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  3. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  4. Manage Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, coordinating with relevant teams.
  5. Implement Oracle Fusion Finance for new entities, gathering business requirements and overseeing configuration and UAT.
  6. Recommend enhancements or custom solutions to improve business processes and efficiency.
  7. Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users and ensure effective post-go-live support structures.
  8. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to promote adoption of Oracle solutions and meet business objectives.
  9. Facilitate project governance meetings, including SteerCo, weekly reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
  10. Develop and deploy financial reports and dashboards supporting strategic decision-making.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in finance systems implementation and support, with 8 years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • At least two completed full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion, covering all project phases.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP, including core financial modules and EPM.
  • Success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex finance projects.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Understanding of how IT solutions can enable and transform finance operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution.
