We seek a performance-driven designer who blends aesthetics with analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets across various eCommerce touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver static ad creatives per day
  • Collaborate with the copywriting and strategy teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Adjust design outputs based on performance metrics and team feedback
  • Provide visual critique on video editor outputs when required
  • Participate in weekly/monthly design review sessions and brainstorming meetings
Requirements:
  • Experience in graphic design (preferably within eCommerce or DTC)
  • Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals, branding, and layout hierarchy
