Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Business Acumen: Understand the nature of the business and develop strategies to drive growth and progress.
  • Team Leadership: Get familiar with the team, handle designers and developers, and make decisions to optimize project workflows.
  • Project Management: Handle existing projects, bid on freelancing websites, and manage client meetings.
  • Strategy and Planning: Create a workflow to complete projects more efficiently, suggest improvements to increase team strength, and implement short-term and long-term plans that benefit the company.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, experience handling PHP-based projects, and the ability to create efficient workflows. You should also be able to effectively follow up with clients and maintain immaculate English speaking and writing skills.
